Shipping and Handling

SHIPPING TIME

These are the estimated delivery times as provided by the POST CANADA SERVICE. Please note that we are not able to offer expedited shipping at this time.

SERVICE – ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Our cards have been designed to fit in a standard envelope so that you can save on shipping. We use Post Canada for all our shipping needs. Standard postage rates by using a combination of stamps totaling the required value indicated in the chart below or pay the exact cost by going into the post office.

 

SHIPPING FEES FOR PARCELS (CLOTHING) is determined by weight.

Regular mail within CANADA

  • Two business days for local mail
  • Three business days within the province
  • Four days for national mail

**These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

Regular mail to the U.S.A.

The delivery standard for regular mail sent from Canada to the U.S.A. is four (4) to six (6) business days.

Regular mail to an international destination

The delivery standard for mail sent from Canada to another country (except the U.S.A.) is four (4)  to seven (7) business days.

*Shipping times are approximate and vary due to local customs processes. USPS shipping times may be effected during the Holiday season or during COVID-19 Pandemic.

Returns

CAN I SEND MY ORDER BACK?

Orders may be returned so long as:

  • The order is unused and in its original packaging
  • The order is in pristine (perfect) condition
  • The order is returned within 15 days of receipt
  • The order was not purchased on final sale

Everything is packed with the utmost care to assure a safe arrival, but in the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please reach out to arrange a replacement.

LOST PACKAGES

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you take the following steps:

  • Check other entrances, with your neighbors, or at a front desk (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.
  • Reach out to your local post office facility. Here is the link for POSTE CANADA
  • Contact our team at hello@mercibuckets.ca and include your order number. While we are not responsible for items lost by the Post Office or stolen items, we may be able to provide you with more information.

We kindly ask that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 10 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has left CANADA, your tracking number might no longer work, and we are no longer responsible for the particular package.

Please note, Merci Buckets is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

We are a very small team. Because of this, we cannot be available 24/7 for customer service inquiries. However, we will always do our best to address your questions and concerns right away. We promise to do everything that we can to provide the shopping experience that you would expect from a much larger company. We do very much appreciate your patience and support during our time of learning the ropes.
