Of course! If you have placed an order, you can cancel it within the first 24 hours. Send us an email and let us know ASAP.  I’m afraid orders cannot be canceled if they have already been processed.

We currently do not have a physical store. Only Online 🙂

Is the website secure? Yep! On any page where you are asked to enter your address, phone number or credit card information, we use a secure server through WOOCOMMERCE that keeps your information safe. Just look for the little lock in your browser window if you would like to make sure.

Yes! We do! Delays may differ however.

We process orders within 3 days of being placed Monday – Friday from 10am-6pm EST. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed on Monday. Currently, due to the COVID-19 situation, BE PREPARED FOR DELAYS.

The printing facility is working hard to try to upkeep with all the orders but things aren’t back to normal yet.

Shipping is also still taking longer than usual depending on where your orders are shipping to.
